Before founding Caventura, we conducted online surveys and personal interviews to learn,
which is most important to you, coffee lovers in Europe .

The vast majority stated that the exceptional taste was the main reason .
why you truly love and drink coffee.

That didn't surprise us. However We were amazed by the number on various aspects that define the taste – depending on country, place of residence, age, existing coffee knowledge and preparation.

1. The roasting:
A light or dark roast determines whether fruity or nutty aromas dominate. This makes the coffee more prone to... sweetness or Bitterness .

2. Caffeine:
Sometimes you need a coffee with a kick. This effect is caused by the caffeine contained in the coffee. Robusta coffee beans, for example, contain more caffeine than Arabica . Lighter roasts also retain more caffeine, contrary to what is often assumed about dark roasts.

3. The origin:
Depending on the continent and even country, coffee, even of the same type and variety, can vary greatly in taste. Whether you opt for a Single Origin or for a Blend The final decision therefore often depends on the specific country and the blend ratio. All We offer the following options :

• as green beans , for home roasting;

• as Filter roasting , whole beans ;

• as Filter roasting , ground e.g. for filter machines or hand filters;

• as Espresso roasting , whole beans ;

• as Espresso roasting , ground e.g. for portafilter machines.

Additionally, you can opt for Packages between 250g and 1000g Decide and consider whether you even want to have the coffee as a subscription.
