Meet Caventura's diverse team
Hey, I’m Georgi – the founder of Caventura.
If you're on this site, then you're not only interested in our articles, videos, and products, but also in the people behind them . For that, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
For us, Caventura isn't just a company. As the name suggests, it's more of an adventure . Although I'm currently the only full-time employee, our team consists of → 11 ← people .
These are friends, coaches, business partners and experts who give their time, knowledge,
and used their resources to make the idea behind Caventura possible.
1. Georgi
Because it's only fair, this short excerpt about Georgi is not written by Georgi himself, but by Marija.
“The fact that Georgi founded Caventura did not surprise me at all.
In Colombia, I was able to observe how quickly he immersed himself in the world of coffee , how interested he was in the coffee growers, and how much time he devoted to them.
Quite naturally, the families on the coffee farms welcomed Georgi into their circle and allowed him to conduct very personal interviews.
For Georgi, Caventura isn't just a way to introduce you to exceptionally good coffee, but rather a way to bring us a little closer to these special people and their culture ."
FUN FACT: Georgi loves to write and always had his notebook with him during his trip around the world.
He had already written down his first ideas for Caventura there, but no one else can read it because he sometimes writes in four different languages – mixed in one sentence.

2. Maria
Without Marija, Caventura would never exist.
She was the person with whom I was able to travel around the world for 14 months until, high up in the Colombian mountains, I came up with the idea of founding this company .
She has also supported me tirelessly over the past year , giving me both excellent ideas and challenging my thoughts. Thanks to her, I made the right decisions, chose the right words, and took the right photos.
She is currently a Senior Partner Manager at the cool startup Aklamio in Berlin and often sacrifices long hours in the evenings and on weekends to brainstorm ideas with me, improve social media strategies , and occasionally have her photo taken with a cup of coffee.
FUN FACT: She came up with the name Caventura after we spent a long, long time brainstorming late one evening and had to reject hundreds of names due to potential trademark infringement.

3. Lilly
Lily is a talented graphic designer, illustrator , and architect.
She not only designed and implemented our logo, but also our entire corporate identity, including the design of our packaging, infographics, and product presentations. She has an excellent eye for detail, impressively creative ideas , and, at the same time, a very well-developed sense for correct and timely implementation.
She is also my little sister.
FUN FACT: Although she painted the portraits of Jaime and Mildred, she hasn't met them (yet). We're both looking forward to our trip to Colombia as soon as we're allowed to fly again.
