When will my order be shipped?
Our production day for B2C orders is every Monday. Orders received before 9:00 a.m. on Monday are prepared the same day and shipped on Tuesday. Orders received after this deadline are roasted the following week.
How much does shipping cost?
The prices listed on our product pages include VAT and all other price components. We currently ship within Germany and the European Union.
Within Germany: €4.90 flat rate per order. Orders over €49.00 are delivered free of charge.
Within the EU: €14.90 flat rate per order. Orders over €99.00 are delivered free of charge.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart and again during the checkout process.
Do you also ship internationally?
We currently ship within Germany and to selected EU countries. For special requests, please contact greatcoffee@caventura.com.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Orders within the EU may take slightly longer depending on the destination.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! We offer flexible coffee subscriptions so you can have fresh Caventura coffee delivered to your door regularly—without having to reorder each time.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

How do I pick up my order from Communal Coffee?
You can easily pick up your order directly from Communal Coffee by following the steps below:
When paying, select “Pickup at Communal Coffee” as your delivery option.

(Please use the entrance on the Naumberger Street side of the building.)
Once you arrive, please ring the bell to gain access to the building.
Go to the 2nd floor – Communal Coffee is about halfway down the hall.
Go inside and let them know you'd like to pick up an order.
Please have your order number and name ready.
Your coffee is waiting for you on the shelf in the CC office, affectionately called the “fishbowl.”
That's it! Grab your coffee and enjoy.
When can I pick up my order from Communal Coffee?
All B2C orders are produced every Monday. If you place your order before 9:00 a.m. on Monday, it can be picked up starting Tuesday.
Communal Coffee's opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you have a tight pickup window or need to arrive at a specific time, please contact greatcoffee@caventura.com so we can make arrangements.

When was my coffee roasted?
We roast every week so your coffee reaches you as fresh as possible.
How long does the coffee stay fresh?
We recommend enjoying our coffee within 8 to 12 weeks of the roast date for the best flavor. Proper storage will keep the coffee fresh for as long as possible.
How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as temperature fluctuations can affect its freshness.
Do you offer decaffeinated coffee?
Yes, we offer a delicious decaffeinated version that is chemical-free and maintains a great flavor profile.

Which grind size should I choose?
For best results, we recommend freshly grinding your coffee. However, if you don't have a grinder, select your brewing method at checkout, and we'll grind the coffee for you.
Espresso: Very fine grind
Espresso pot: Fine grind
Filter coffee (V60, Chemex, etc.): Medium grind
French Press / Cold Brew: Coarse grind

Where do you get your coffee from?
We work directly with cooperatives and producers around the world, ensuring fair prices and traceable sourcing. You can find more information about our partners on our [transparency page] .
Is your coffee organic?
Almost all of our coffees are 100% organic and certified according to DE-ÖKO-007 . You can always check whether a coffee is organic on the product page or on the packaging itself.
How do you support coffee farmers?
We pay significantly above market price, invest in long-term relationships, and implement initiatives like our Empowerment Premium Program to support producer communities.
