Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and definitions

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply in the version valid at the time of the order to all deliveries and services between us and consumers.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§ 2 Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

(1) The following regulations apply to orders via our online shop at https://www.caventura.com .

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By submitting the order, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) The ordering process takes place in the following steps:

  1. Select the desired product

  2. Confirm by clicking the “Order” button

  3. Checking the information in the shopping cart

  4. Click on “Checkout”

  5. Entering the invoice details

  6. Binding completion of the order by clicking on “order with payment”

Before final submission, the customer can review or change his details at any time or cancel the order process by closing the browser window.
Receipt of the order will be automatically confirmed by email (“order confirmation”), which will conclude the contract.

(5) We do not permanently store the contract text. The order details and the General Terms and Conditions are sent to the customer via email. The General Terms and Conditions are also available at any time at https://www.caventura.com/agb-widerrufsrecht/ .

§ 3 Prices, shipping costs, payment

(1) All prices quoted include VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added separately.

(2) The following payment methods are available:
– Prepayment
– PayPal
– Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

(3) If the payment method is prepayment, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated, all items offered are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 6 business days at the latest. For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank; for all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period ends on the next business day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods shall only pass to the customer upon delivery.

§ 5 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period:
The period begins on the day on which the customer or a designated third party who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal must be clearly declared – e.g. by letter or email – to:

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of an effective cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The return must be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice. This deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the deadline expires.
The customer bears the costs of return.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.
