This specialty coffee comes from Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. It grows at 1,200–1,300 meters under optimal conditions on the Finca El Edén, is harvested by hand, and processed using natural methods. Certified organic and Fairtrade, this coffee is not only sustainably cultivated but also socially valuable: fairly traded and proudly co-owned by the farmers.
