Mildly roasted—perfect for filter and espresso—this single-farm coffee combines sweet notes of red grapes with delicate caramel. The Arabica beans of the Castillo, Cénicafe 1, and Tabi varieties come from the highlands of Antioquia and are gently hand-roasted in small batches—never older than four weeks at the time of shipment. Processing: washed.

Origin

At an altitude of 1,000–1,300 m, this specialty coffee grows under ideal conditions on Finca Linda Laja. Freshly harvested by hand and "Proudly Co-Owned by the Farmer," it represents true partnership and quality with a provenance. A coffee that not only delights with its taste but is also a symbol of direct, fair cooperation.

Nestled in the mountains of Antioquia lies Finca Linda Laja – a place where coffee grows in harmony with nature. Since 1972, the Lopera family has cultivated their land here according to permaculture principles. The cherries ripen slowly under shade trees, thus developing their characteristic aromas.

But Linda Laja not only stands for quality, but also for social responsibility: The farm supports local projects, especially for women.

Today, Esteban, the founder's son, brings this coffee to Germany via Caventura – freshly roasted, directly by his family. A true family coffee, rooted in the Colombian rainforest.
