Origin

This single-origin coffee comes from the Finca Campo Alegre in the Colombian Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. As a true specialty coffee, it grows there at an altitude of 900–1,100 meters under ideal conditions. The 100% Arabica beans of the Colombia and Castillo varieties are processed using the "honey" method and freshly harvested by hand.
