Mildly roasted—ideal for hand filtering—this coffee unfolds its rich aroma of dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Made from 100% Arabica beans of the Típica, Colombia, and Castilla varieties, this coffee is hand-roasted in small batches—no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed.

Origin

This single-origin coffee comes from the Colombian Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. The beans grow at an altitude of 1,200–1,900 meters under optimal conditions and are harvested by hand. The Red Ecolsierra cooperative that cultivates this coffee follows sustainable farming methods and is proud of its Fairtrade and organic certifications. Proudly co-owned by the farmers.
