Deeply roasted—ideal for portafilter brewing—this cooperative blend brings intense notes of hazelnut and raw cacao to the cup. The 100% Arabica beans, 80% from Brazil and 20% from Colombia, are gently hand-roasted in small batches, no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed and natural.

This specialty coffee combines the best of two coffee worlds—Brazil's soft fullness and Colombia's delicate flavor. Grown at an altitude of 1,000–1,300 meters, certified organic, freshly harvested by hand—and socially valuable: fairly traded and proudly co-owned by the farmers.
